Meet the Staff

DEREK HARTLAND
I am a classic car restorer with over 30 years of experience in the industry. I have worked on and restored thousands of classical cars some ranging to values in the millions exceeding customers’ expectations.
I enjoy working on and driving classic cars and motorcycles. I am a lifelong motorcyclist and own a number of motorcycles.
I have worked throughout the years at various different high-end Classic restoration companies and indeed I set up a couple of years ago the body shop for E Type UK and was the manager of the body shop this company dealt with high-end restorations of jaguar vehicles.

- City and Guilds Panel Beating and City and Guilds Mechanical Engineering taken at Tonbridge Technical College, Kent
- Thatcham and M Tec training courses for Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, Audi, and VW
- NVQ and ATA qualifications
- Welding certificates
- Plastic repairs certificates

KRASIMIR KREMAKOV
Since a very early age I have had a passion for working on classic cars. I started on cars while helping out my father in our family workshop. In 2013 when I was 24 I moved to Scotland looking to further develop my career. My very first restorations were done when I was in my final years of high school.
AREAS OF EXPERTISE
Engine diagnostic and repair. Carburettor experience. Unibody and full frame alignment and repair. Replacing of automotive exterior. structural and floor panel either after-market or by making hand-crafted panels. MIG welding. I also have a lot of experience in electrical system knowledge indeed our 911, I completely re-wired. Car body preparation for spraying.
My passion for classic restoration shows in the work I do. If I am set a challenge I strive to do it. I am not happy to allow anything to beat me.

KRIS BUTCHER
I come from an army background, I have spent the last four years in classic Volkswagen restoration for a high end company. I have extensive experience in panel beating, pre finishing and finishing of vehicles. I’m an expert detailer. I also have extensive experience in sound deadening insulation and acoustics within classic vehicles. I also have extensive knowledge of the latest anti corrosion techniques for extending the life of classic vehicles.
AREAS OF EXPERTISE
I’m an approved installed for propex heating systems. I’m an approved installer for VW air-cooled works automatic engine bay fire suppression systems.
I own a magazine featured 1960 VW split screen campervan. In my spare time I’m a committee member for the wilts vee dub club. with approximately 700 members. I’m also part of the management team for the midlands split screen owners club with a membership of over 5000.
I enjoy the whole classic car scene and attend many shows over the year including several in Europe.

NICK MORSE
I have a level 3 diploma in paint and body and a Thatcham automotive academy.

DAVID FAIRCLOUGH
I am prepared to give any job a go and my experience is gaining daily with the challenges that I get set.
